Dogger Bank Wind Farm unveils £1 million fund

Dogger Bank Wind Farm will be investing £1 million during the construction of the wind farm, to support the coastal communities in which they building their infrastructure.
The £1 million investment will be largely focussed on helping young people to access the well-paid and high-skilled jobs of our net zero future. All 124 primary schools in East Riding of Yorkshire will have access to this support.
In addition to this, they will be offering scholarships to young people studying science, technology, engineering and maths in further education, and there will be an operators fund to support requests from community organisations up to the value of £500.
